John Adams...."I wish to recommend that any home seller seriously consider Kranz Real Estate as the Realtor for the sale of their home.  We met with Steve Kranz in the spring of 2004.  He gave us his opinion as to what he felt the correct asking price for our house.  Although we were impressed with his professionalism and expertise, we did not put our house on the market at that time.

Two years later, we were ready to get serious and sell our house and we didn't think twice.  We again contacted Steve Kranz and updated our home's value. This time, we signed a 90 day contract with Mr. Kranz authorizing him to sell our home.  The "Kranz" sign went up in front of our house the day after we signed the contract.
